Rules

Affiliate ads must follow rules to make sure they're honest and clear, without any misleading or false information. It's important to meet legal standards and keep trust with customers.
All affiliates, no matter where they live, must follow all the laws and rules that apply to them. This includes laws like the FTC Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and guidelines from organizations like the FTC and Better Business Bureau. These laws are meant to protect consumers and ensure advertising is fair and truthful.
Affiliates cannot use words like "scam" or "fraud" in their paid ads, web pages, reviews, or social media. This rule applies to all types of pages that appear in search results naturally.
Affiliates must never use images or videos that they don't own, including Shogun Method sales videos, either in full or in part. They are also prohibited from using any images that suggest personal endorsement, whether from celebrities or others, without written consent from both the endorsers and ShogunMethod.com.
You cannot promote Shogun Method on retail sites, auction sites, or app stores like Amazon, eBay, iTunes, Google Store, or similar platforms. Additionally, selling products branded with the Shogun Method name on classified ad networks such as Craigslist, Kijiji, Lazada or Shopee is also prohibited.
Affiliates cannot release or distribute press releases about Shogun Method on any press release platform, website, printed media, or any other press release service.
Creating apps for sale or giveaway using the Shogun Method brand is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are also not allowed to create any other products using the Shogun Method brand name, whether for sale or as free offerings (such as reports, books or apps). In essence, affiliates must not misrepresent any product they create or commission as being associated with Shogun Method.
Affiliates cannot create webpages or social media accounts that falsely claim they are the creators or owners of Shogun Method. They must clearly label such pages as review pages and disclose that they are receiving compensation for their reviews. This requirement applies to all content, including blogs, webpages, and platforms like Facebook, X, Quora, Medium and YouTube. The word 'REVIEW' must be included in the title, URL, and any graphics used in cover images or profile images. This rule applies to any online platform, whether it's categorized as social media or not.
Affiliates are not permitted to bypass Shogun Method's pages to generate orders. This means they cannot directly link to cart or order forms from any advertisements or landing pages. Customers must first view Shogun Method's offer at ShogunMethod.com  before proceeding to the cart or order page.
The affiliate promises to indemnify and absolve Shogun Method from any legal issues that may arise from violating these terms. Shogun Method does not approve affiliate ads. It's the affiliate's responsibility to ensure all ads comply with these rules, including getting legal review if needed. Affiliates are fully accountable for their advertising actions.

Any affiliate found violating these terms will be banned immediately and permanently, with no opportunity of being reinstated.
